Papa Murphys gives the best value in pizza. The toppings actually go almost to the edge, they load it up, and the pizzas are absolutely delicious.
I won't be buying those bread pies with a couple pepperoni from Dominos again when Papa M is an option!!
We ordered at 530 for it to be ready at 6, but then 20 minutes later we got a voicemail that it wouldn't be ready for an hour. So I tried calling back three different times but they never answered. We assumed they were busy and waited an hour. When we showed up at 710, the store was already closed and cleaned with the employees just standing around waiting for 8 when they could officially lock the doors. There was no one else there picking up food, so we got our order to find out they were missing items on our pizza and the monkey bread we ordered would require another hour to rise before we could cook it. Not all of that was their fault, but they didn't care about the things that were. When we finally got to cook our food, the suggested time was wrong because it ended up burnt. Not worth the hour and forty minute wait.
Their Chicken Thai pizza is the best in my opinion!!! It’s spicy and sweet. But they also have some other great options. They have a nice drive in too. My preference is to order online then pick up at the drive in.
I had to call three times before they actually answered the phone. That's disappointing. Also there isn't a way to order online and pay in the store. It's seems like they aren't too interested in actually selling the pizza. The kids who run the place are immature, lazy, slow, and overall don't seem to care much about their job. I don't think I'll go back there anytime soon. The pizza is okay.
Papa Murphy's has been a longtime "take and bake pizza" option, one of which as a franchise semi-recently added some newer menu options; with that being said, this location had on point customer service, which is a huge plus!
Be sure to opt-in for using the offered app, while deals are not nearly as competitive as other chains currently utilize, it is better than not using any at all!
Portion sizes and menu pricing have changed over the years, just something to make a record of, as far as places to eat in Rexburg are concerned though if you are "staying in" this is definitely one of the better options.
